The existing Dealer Drive test-drive and vehicle loan process allowed the dealership to not only move away from paper, demonstrating a more progressive impression with the client, it was almost already contactless – with the exception of the client signing on phone or tablet to complete the digital agreement.
With the introduction of the ‘Remote signature’ update, the client can now instantly have the terms and conditions and signature page sent to their own mobile device to complete prior to starting the loan or test drive.
